Online Payment Methods

We accept Discover, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

Your order may be held if weather does not permit safe shipment.

Parts

All part orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 3-7 business days to arrive once the order has shipped.

Parts are shipped once a week from our warehouse in Westlake Village, CA.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Ants & Tadpoles

We make every effort to ship your creatures within 3-6 weeks of receipt of your online order.
Ants are typically shipped within 7-10 business days.

Live creatures can only be shipped to the following locations (weather permitting):

Bad weather can severely harm your live creatures during their journey to your home.

For this reason we may restrict shipping at certain times of the year due to unsafe weather conditions.

Please check the weather delay map at our online store to see if your order may be affected.

If you have already placed an order and the weather becomes unsuitable for shipment, we will send you an email notification of the delay and hold the order.

The table below lists the necessary weather conditions in order to safely ship your live creatures:

Return Policy

Live Creatures

Uncle Milton Industries guarantees the live arrival of your creatures. If, for any reason, your creature order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, fill out the contact form at http://unclemilton.com/contact/ to request a one-time replacement. One time replacements will only be issued if we are contacted within 48-72 hours of receipt.

It is not required that you return creatures to us.

Replacement orders will ship USPS First Class mail.

Toys

Because Uncle Milton Industries does not sell directly to the public, we provide our retailers with the necessary tools to take care of our customers in the event that their purchase was either damaged or defective upon opening. Contact the point of purchase to review their respective return policies if you wish to obtain an exchange or refund.
