All part orders are shipped once a week, which may take 3-7 business days to arrive once the order has shipped.
We make every effort to ship your creatures within 7-10 business days; however, it could take between 3-6 weeks from the time you place your online order. Orders may ship earlier (weather permitting). Bad weather can severely harm your live creatures during their journey to your home. For this reason we may restrict shipping at certain times of the year due to unsafe weather conditions.
We look at the forecast clear through 7 days to see if it is cool/warm enough for our live creatures to make the journey. Typically, if it were less than 32 degrees at night, we will not ship them. It is important that the nighttime temperatures are neither too cold nor daytime temperatures too hot. If daytime temperatures are hotter than 85 degrees, we will not ship our live creatures.
Please check the weather delay map at our online store to see if your order may be affected. Map subject to frequent changes due to shifting weather conditions presented between routes from which the live creatures are shipped to their destination.
Planet Frog was discontinued back in Feb 2013. Although there are retailers which may still carry this product, Uncle Milton is now out of the tadpole business, but we still know a few good companies who can help you out. You can try places like www.live-tadpoles.com or www.growfrog.com or even www.amazon.com. Additionally, your local fish and reptile stores may also serve as a resource and of course would be a fun place to bring the kids.

Uncle Milton Industries guarantees the live arrival of your creatures. If, for any reason, your creature order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, fill out the contact form at http://unclemilton.com/contact/ to request a one-time replacement. One-time replacements will only be issued if we are contacted within one week of receipt.
Uncle Milton Industries provides our retailers with the necessary tools to take care of our customers in the event that their purchase was either damaged or defective upon opening. Contact the point of purchase to review their respective return policies if you wish to obtain an exchange or refund. If you received your item as a gift and/or you are unable to return the item to the retailer you have the option of shipping the item to Uncle Milton for evaluation and a possible exchange. Please be advised that, we only ship within the Continental United States and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. We do not offer refunds on items not purchased directly through Uncle Milton. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
