Uncle Milton Industries provides our retailers with the necessary tools to take care of our customers in the event that their purchase was either damaged or defective upon opening. Contact the point of purchase to review their respective return policies if you wish to obtain an exchange or refund. If you received your item as a gift and/or you are unable to return the item to the retailer, you have the option of shipping the item to Uncle Milton for evaluation and a possible exchange. Please be advised, we only ship within the Continental United States and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. We do not offer refunds on items not purchased directly through Uncle Milton. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Uncle Milton Industries guarantees the live arrival of your creatures. If for any reason your creature order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, fill out the contact form at http://unclemilton.com/contact/ to request a one-time replacement. One-time replacements will only be issued if we are contacted within one week of receipt.

Part orders are shipped weekly. Following shipment, most parts should arrive in 3-7 business days.
Our ants ship out of Utah and our caterpillars ship out of Florida.
We make every effort to ship your creatures within 7-10 business days, however shipping delays between 3-6 weeks may occur. These are most often due to weather delays. Because bad weather can severely harm your live creatures during their journey, we restrict shipping at certain times of the year due to unsafe weather conditions. We do not ship live creatures if projected temperatures are below 32 degrees or above 85 degrees.
If you have already placed an order and the weather becomes unsuitable for shipment, whether in your area or the area surrounding the critter areas, you will be notified via email and your order will be placed on hold until conditions allow for shipping. An email notification will be sent once your live creatures are shipped.

A Note on Tadpoles
Planet Frog was discontinued in February of 2013, however a few remaining retailers may still carry this product. While Uncle Milton may be out of the tadpole business, we can refer you to a few good companies for your tadpole supplies.
Additionally, your local fish and reptile stores may also serve as a tadpole resource.
